If you bet the picks from bettingresource, bet365 will limit your account fast or simply close your account and return your balance and tell you that you are no longer welcome to play. they profile the bettors account and if they know you are a sharp who wins long term, they don't want your action.

Hello,
I have the same situation with bet365 like Telly. I am from Croatia, Europe...been waiting for the PVC to arrive for 3 weeks now.
Is there any way around this silly post sent PVC, this is just ridickolous.
Is there any other option I can use to make them resend the PVC or some other form of confiming my address?

Not really.

And they always refuse to post it again. I have not heard of a particular problem with deliveries in Croatia. It's usually Russia, Ukraine and former Soviet states that seem to come up over and again.

Your best bet is to appeal to their Gibraltar regulator to ask B365 to come up with some proof of non-delivery or order them to post it again.

I mailed them, and they say they will post the PVC again (so I dont know why would they refuse to send it again), I just dont know why it takes so long for the pvc to come...

maybe, I played their nba prop bets for players and won like 1500e in 7 days, asked for a withdrawal (my account was verified) and then they suspended it and are asking for more ID an the pvc code. I am sure they have their reasons to double check me, no problem, but to send a verification code via post is just unreliable, and not top service. They could ask a public notary verification of my ID and address or something more valid, what does sending a code in a letter prove...

I had an account with them a few years back, but it is surely dead by now (inactive for more than a couple of years) so I opened a new one, same address, could this be a reason they require more checks? When I opened the account I was on a business trip out of country, maybe this is questionable, dont know, hope this pvc code arrives soon, so I can withdraw...

I was just wondering, what do you think my chances are to see my money anytime soon, if I am 100% legit and have all the papers they need - just for the PVC to come and that is it I guess?

If you enter the PVC code when you get it I'd guess your chances sound better than 90% of being paid then from what you have said.

Many people have asked for a re-send of the pvc post before and been denied, so not sure what went on for you there.

I just received the PVC code it took about 4 weeks to arrive. I just sent them the code along with other documents and we will see if all goes well...I will post an update...

they are asking for me to send them my wire information (on a letter stamped by the bank) so they can pay me out...does someone recall anything similar of bet365 and how did that go - was the customer paid like that even though I deposited via neteller?

The thing is filed for personal bankrupcy a few months back

and my bank accounts are frozen until the court does his thing. I informed them of this and sent them the documentation and am available for anything more they need in order for this to get settled.

They sent me info that they will keep my funds securely for me until I am able to hold a bank account

, ok but that can take like a year or two(what happens to my account in the meanwhile?) and I do not know if they will ask for any more documents and such...this has turned out to be a soap opera

...

I sent them all my thoughts on this matter and asked them for their 100% percent as my case is very specific, so we will see what happens...will post how it ends...
