Hi,

They cannot accept your electricity bill as the document does not show your home address on it.

The utility bill must show your home address on the piece of paper.

They don't care if the postman put it in your box or not. That is not the important part. They want to see an official document showing it has been sent to your home address on the actual document.

There really is no use fighting with them over it. Just go and find another letter that may suit them. A phone bill, water bill or a home insurance policy for example.

But we do not accept sending bills in letters, postman just put a receipt without any letter in the box and that's it.

And my adress is in this bill and for this adress postman find my postbox). So I don't understand why they don't accept this document.

I also sent them as same proof of adress the card statement, it also listed my address, name, but they also did not accept it.

The problem is that this is a receipt and although it does show your address, it has been folded up and placed in another envelope which could have had any address on it.

In most countries electricity bills are printed with a mailing address field designed to be viewable through a window envelope. This is what they are expecting to see from you.

Do you understand what I mean and would you have anything in that style?

Do you still have the envelope from the electricity bill? And does it have any official printing on the outside to show it is from the electricity company?

It will be difficult to gamble online without these sort of documents. Just about every bookmaker will ask for them eventually if you withdraw from them.

I have almost 5 years in betting, registered in many bookmakers and this is the first time that they require an envelope with my address).
Need to go to the company which provide electricity and ask them, maybe they will agree.

I'm a bit stumped too. Other people from your country have managed to supply enough documents.

I don't know how you have gone 5 years betting and not come across this before but you really will need to think of a way to convince them you really live where you say this time. It has become very normal for books to ask for a utility bill to confirm your address.

If it was me, my house is shown on google street view, so I would take a picture of myself out the front of the house with my car and send them that, the google link and a copy of my car registration certificate in my name.

I might ask my local police station to write me a letter that I could then use to show it was sent to my address.

I might ask the post office something similar.

We have a thing called a "Statutory Declaration" in my country, which is making a statement declaring your address which can then be witnessed by Justice Of The Peace and is like a legal form which you can be criminally charged for lying on. If you have something similar maybe try that.

They don't wrote why my documents not be approved.

And my phone company don't make such services.
How return my money?

You could go to bank and ask for printed statement where your address is shown.You could go and take you nationality certificat etc.

P.s Optional can you ask around about this shop,they look good.But i wouldt make any deposits before positive feedback.

There is no use just not trying anything else and saying they deceive. You just need to find some proper ID to satisfy KYC. It's normal and not unfair and MANY other people from your country can obtain these sort of documents so the book definitely will not listen to you saying it is not possible. In fact continuing to insist that is the case when they already know for certain that it is not true will probably just result in them calling KYC refused and legally confiscating your money.

If the message below is saying your electricity bill does not show your address again, maybe reply with another image of it but this time highlight the address on it.

I can see why they might think it has no address, as to an English reader it is very difficult to work out where your address is on that piece of paper.

I still don't think they will accept that but as they keep saying there is no address at all maybe it's worth trying to get them to see there is.

As I understand correctly after my complaints Staybet withdrawal me my money 3 weeks ago.
Now the same situation - I win few sport bets in Staybet and request a withdrawal, but they still request from me documents, that nobody can give in Ukraine.
For 8 days already they voided all my withdrawals without any reasons.
Email support don't answer for my emails, operator in live chat write that they need utility bill - I send it to them few times.
28.04.17 in live chat operator writes that my utility don't have address field. I say to him that it isn't true and i can even marked this filed in paint and send this document again.
He answered that Staybet will not accept this document in any case.
I don't know what to do. It remains only to write complaints.

How can I print this type of receipt, put a seal, etc.?
