    Ripped off from Live Dealer blackjack through Jazz Sports
    I will follow up with a complaint through SBR, but just curious if anyone else has had a similar issue and had it resolved. Here's what happened:

    Playing some live BlackJack for small stakes while doing some live soccer betting through Jazz Sports. I bet $46 and then the dealer says that they need to shuffle so there's a delay. During that delay I got disconnected, and then logged back in and saw that my account balance had the $46 bet still deducted from it. No problem. I go to log back into the Live Dealer and get back on the table and see that my seat I was sitting in previously has the cards on it and my $46 bet, but I am no longer able to sit in that seat. Essentially I am just sitting at the table in another seat observing what is happening. My old seat was dealt A4 (soft 15) and I told them via chat I got disconnected and couldn't do anything. The Dealer acknowledged my chat but said the manager was busy. She "hit" and gave me another card which was an A, so at this point I had A4A (soft 16). I said in chat "please hit soft 16" and she stopped for awhile but then just moved on and left it as a Soft 16. Dealer has A5 and then takes a 2 so they get 18 and my hand loses.

    I ask to speak to the pitboss and after about an hour of back and forth the gist was basically:

    -They tell me that they can see in their system that I said "stand" on the Soft 16. I push back and explain otherwise.
    -They acknowledge that their records show that I was disconnected or left, then came back. They told me that in this case, their system reverts to basic strategy and auto-plays the hand.
    -I say okay that is fine, but in no way is staying on a soft 16 in any scenario basic strategy, so either that isn't the case or there is an issue with their software.
    -They ask me to wait to further investigate.
    -About 30 mins later they tell em after further investigation they can see that I pressed "stand" on the soft 16.
    -I explained one last time that that just wasn't the case and asked why I would have been typing my issue and instructions to hit into chat since before the cards were even fully dealt if I could make any changes.

    I eventually just gave up and got frustrated and left and came here. It's silly that is for like $92 I am going through this but it's more just principle than anything. There's people I see on there betting big money on each hand so I gotta think it'd be handled the same way by these companies if it would've happened on a big bet as well.

    Any relevant experience/advice?

    TL;DR: Got disconnected from casino, their system auto-played the hand (terribly), based on the cards that came out - I should've won, I lost though and the casino flip-flopped on acknowledging and addressing the issue.

    This is terrible. If they can't know for sure if A) you were connected and B) you pushed STAND, they have a major software issue and shouldn't be in business.

    Is this the same Live Vegas casino 5dimes uses?

      I was just wondering that because the "Live" dealer is actually at more then one book i think Youwager uses it too i have seen the same dealers the same day at both. I also more then once had something freeze or happen at the table mainly more then once a person gets dealt cards that is not playing but just is sitting there ( No money in front of him)and of course when that person gets my 10 and i get a 4 and i say something on chat- they always just look at it and then ignore it like here.

          So are YouWager, Jazz and 5dimes family all using the same live vegas casino provider?

            I do not remember exactly which ones i saw the same lady at . I know i even played against that guy that was caught cheating red handed. I have played at Live Dealers at Sportsbet,Youwager,and Jazz but i do not remember what 2 i saw the same girl.

                I have experienced getting disconnected in this casino, when you come back the hit/stand options never even pop up anymore

                The only thing that I can think of in your particular case, is that if the dealer card was a 5, basic strategy is for you to double, thus, receiving 1 card. Perhaps the system treated it as a double down even if you didnt have the funds

                    This is a good point. It was the type of BJ where the dealer gets 1 hole card, and then doesn't draw the second until after all players are done. I know the first cards were an A and a 5 followed by a 2...but I don't recall if it was the A or the 5 showing. If it was what you suggested, that would make sense as far as basic strategy goes.

                    The problem is they tried to say that it happened because of basic strategy AND they can see in their system I pressed "stand". That's where their story kind of falls apart because even if it did play basic strategy and the scenario played out like you suggested, then why tell me I actually pressed "stand" and that's why no refund since if it was a double that wouldn't have even been an option.

                    Just shady stuff...staying away from the Live Dealers from now on. I Google'd some stuff last night to see if anyone else had similar problems and I found a verified video where the dealer drew the second card on top from the sleeve instead of the next one up, busting a guy on a huge bet. Sticking to sports from now on but hope there's some recourse here just out of principle. They're already making $$$ hand over fist, just seems like no need to have bad customer service over something so trivial.

                          I actually received a message from an SBR mod with dispute instructions so I filed one through the link provide. I'll update the thread if/when I learn anymore for anyone who cares.

                              Did you have the chat log, or a picture of your "hit" response? did they have proof of the "stand" they claim you made?
