Its probably just a gambling transaction which is not supported by Skrill. There is no way around this other than using a different payment method.

Any function of account are working, nothing. This are one technical problem and support Skrill not know resolve
If you to copy and paste the message error in Google, you will to see thousands peoples in all world with the same problem, and any solution
I am furious a lot with Skrill. I am thinking they are being scam with me

I tried this and only this thread showed up in google results;
One thing I notice is that all appear to be non-English speakers with the issue.
I wonder if changing your default language on the computer might help. Or something like that to do with language settings?

I already tried too to change languages and nothing. The same error continues
I am being disappointed a lot with Skrill support. They delays 24 hours to reply 1 single email message. If the customer to reply this message, the customer need to wait more 24hrs to have the next reply for this. This are ridiculous a lot for one service of support to customer
Skrill team technical support not know to resolve a problem. I made all things possible they spoke me to make, and nothing made effect
