I sent money at 5:40 Eastern and gave them the information. They said 20minute to 2 hours. Usually money is in the account within 20 minutes. So hour and a half passes and I write them and they said no delay and they contacted the processor department and money should be in there shortly. 2 hours passes at 7:45 I contact them and they tell me any minute the money should be added. 9:00 the processor closes and money still wasnt added and they told me it may have been a delay. Anyone else have this problem with 5dimes?

Sorry men. Yes the problem was on their Processors end. It happened back to back days. Usually takes 20 minutes and I see the deposit but the processing company they use took much longer then expected and payment was in the next day. I guess you get spoiled when you deposit and you're use to it going very smooth.Comment -
I send countless times and they always go through usually within 20 minutes but it was a delay with the processor. Guy they hire outside company that picks the money up and it was on a delay and got my money the next day. It happened twice the last two times i uploaded. It was in their the next day so im happy.Comment -

It's called venting and not crying. I didn't lose any sleep over this, but when I put money in my account it's usually for a specific game. And I usually make sure I never put money in during a busy day(like NFL Sunday) so the money doesn't take long to be added to my account. Also, I try to put it in more then 2 hours before the game so it covers their 20 min-2hr window. Update: the problem I referred to above (post #5) has been sorted. The money just appeared in my account without explanation, so it took two days instead of two hours. I've been with them for several years and everything has gone smoothly until this hiccup.
To their credit they're always good about paying. Not that I'm a Big Player or anything, but I've never had to arm-wrestle them to get my money when requesting a withdrawal.Comment
