Hello Forum,

Did any of you guys receive an "update your Kraken security" email?

Probably so.

The email states that CLOUDFLARE software has a bug and there's a slight chance security has been compromised.

I changed my password and am about to add a 2 Factor Authorization. (should have already had one)

May I ask: "Which one of these sends a verification code to one's cell phone?"

Google Authenticator TOTP Mode or
Google Authenticator HOTP mode

Both do.

TOTP is preferred but if you use it in more than one device it can be troublesome if their time clocks are not synchronized.

HOTP is just a different method that does not use the current time.
