So I test 1st cash out with wire of $500, so they ask for docu and I sent it. Takes awhile but I got my $450, the site converts my cnd currency to eruo for wire, than my bank converts euro back to cnd so I lost 10% cash out conversion fee.
Than they limit me to miscellaneous amount that is not worth for me to bet so I cash all my balance out with wire again, really don't care if I lost $500-$700 to double conversion fee, I am so fetch up with the site. Than the request 'Again' for docu even this is my 2nd time using same method as first.
So I send in my driver license, they reject the 'front' side scan but accept the DL back side scan. So they said they cancel my pay out due to wrong form, very vague what 'form' is. I ask them to clarify in Live Help, but even that person work there don't understand what 'wrong form' is. So they send me another email after I upload more docu. The email said they don't accept Operate Card, then I get another Live Help, than we finally understand what they mean by Operate Card. The Live Help rep said what I send it Operate Card not a Driver License. In my country Canada, our Driver License say Operator's License, there is no way they don't known that, a simple google search will show a Operator's License is a Driver License in Alberta Canada.
Now they said the docu ID is too blurry, need all 4 corner. I scan my DL right in the middle so it is showing 4 corners and at 600 dpi, all they request is 300 dpi minimum so 600 dpi shouldn't be blurry. If I do 1200 dpi, the the scan pdf is over 3 MB which they won't accept, will encounter an error when I upload. So they said it too blurry but yet they won't accept file bigger than 3 MB. How do I file a complain? It is almost a month now to cash out all my balance.
