anyone can get a pph site if you have money to pay for it and customers with money to use it. risky, as customers will take shots at you and stiff if they lose.

Setting up a small operations isn't hard at all but make sure you stay under the radar. Or just partner with someone.

easy ticket to jail and if not tremendous lawyer fees

guys that lose will rat you out and NOT PAY
