Focusbet Payout Issue

You should think carefully before registering an account with Focusbet.
They look like a pretty nice sportsbook with the wide tennis lines, but that's before you are lucky to win some pennies only. Right after that they will limit your account to 2 euros and you have to start fighting for the payout.
I won some small bets, had been limited and decided to withdraw the account's balance of 354 euros to Skrill (the request 12795171).
The payout was requested on January, 11. More than 2 weeks passed, but I have not got the money from them yet. My ID and account details have been verified.
I wrote emails to their Payment Department ( payments@focusbet.com ) but they even have not replied me.
I contacted their Customer Service by chat but they can't explain me the reasons of the payment delay.
Every time I asked agent Dorota about my withdrawal by the chat she said they are having some technical problems or she does not have any information etc.
It seems their Payment team forbad CS to tell the truth about the withdrawing process.
I suppose the reason is the company is short of money and so can not pay all its customers within the time frame.

I have a trouble with focusbet.com I make a several Deposits, but when i started to betting i see that my balance is not fair updated. I make a couple of winning bets, but in the end of the day i see that im with negative profit and was strange for me. Thats why i make a investigation of my bets, because i make a lot of bets for couple of days.
Of course i write to them, because i think that its a Technical mistake of calculate my winnings. Focusbet Support answer me, that i`m taking some kind of bonus, and in there T&C was that strange point:

7. The required bonus betting turnover is calculated valid for bets with the stakes not higher than 100 Euro each. If the player bets higher amount than that, the winning is considered illegal.
Moreover, in this situation the following applies:
If the player places a bet which is higher than the Max Bet defined and wins, the system will calculate consequently:
• Valid Bet = Max Bet / Bet
• Valid Win = Valid Bet * Win
• Illegal Win = Win - Valid Win
The Illegal Win will be removed and the rest will be transferred as Win (the player will be credited only with the Valid Win).
And when i bet over then 100 EUR (300 EUR for example i lost all 300 EUR) its really strange and not fair.
First I NEVER want any bonus from them. There is NO PROMOTION at their site for any bonuses. When i make a deposit, there is no T&C and information so i was really confuse

They say there that the bonus has to be requested and isn't an automatic thing.

Is there any way you could have ticked a box to take it and not recall?

Why did you decide to play at this bookie and not take a bonus?

I can't see any way on the public part of the signup page where a bonus can be asked for or a code entered.

If it isn't an automatic thing there must be some sort of request system inside once signed up?

If it isnt automatic and players do have to intervene in any way to request it, I don't think you will have much of a case to argue. Unless there is other people around in the same position showing a pattern of confusion/misrepresentation by the book.

If you think that there is no chance you ticked that box you can try submitting a complaint form and have an SBR agent reach out to them about it. But honestly, if they come back and say their system has logged you requesting the bonus I am not sure what else we could do from there. :\

Yes, their system will has logged for sure.
That bonus is absolutley joke. When i`m connecting on CHAT, they just disconected me. MGA don`t care about players, so only SBR are our hope.

OP: The 2euro limitation reported - was that for all markets including e.g. Premier league?
