If a book tells you that you can only take one payout every 7 days, and you need multiple payouts at their max to receive your balance, should the 7 day turnaround be from when you requested the last one, or when they actually paid it 3 days later?

AGREED! Avoid 5dimes like the plague! F- book, what is the point of betting on all those great options if they cannot pay in time! If main poster is speaking of another book then avoid them too, but I would bet we are talking about good old 5crimes! First 10K may go smooth, but then get ready for some bullshit! If it is a P2P method you are asking for then the limits and rules are set by a third party payment processor so they can keep the service available. Nothing 5D can do about it.

5dimes will slow pay you and limit your ways and amounts you want cashed out. You won't get stiffed in the sense of flat not getting paid, but it will be slow as penetrate, limited, and have unnecessary time limits for another payout. Not worth it when places are paying out in 1 day and do not have bullshit ways to reject payouts like unavailable or low coins or not being in a btc exclusive list.

I see through them now and will never place a bet again at that place.

I submitted a complaint to SBR on Tues, but did not hear anything back, other than the automated email saying that my complaint was received. On other complaints, I heard something back right away, except for the Bet Islands complaint which went ignored and then we all got stiffed.

Nitrogen is the best regarding bitcoin payouts. I did about 10 payouts within a few hours with them. All of them took about 10 minutes to hit my wallet. Its great they payout 24/7 7 days a week. You really can't beat it.

Nope, bitcoin only. But since I only had one deposit, they wouldn't label me bitcoin only. You have to be a losing player to get that label.

It took 11 days to get 10K, with every slow pay tactic thrown at me possible. Definitely not a A+ book, and it's time you guys downgraded them. Shitty, dishonest people there.

DSI took 1 hour to get 20K. Classy people there.
