Basicly was a tech issue, they gave me a Fp for my trouble, I actually enjoy playing there now, Great customer service.

Yes I think your right Opti, they are trying to make it a top book, Its under new ownership, which is a good thing and they have some good people at the top, just gonna take a little time for them to get the old reputation in the rearview mirror, there were a few minor things when I first started playing with them, but if you stick with them and stay patient they will be excellent to you!

I am sorry to say... I was very wrong about this... and I hope nobody deposited there because of me speaking highly of them....In all my years of doing this... Ive never been done this way before, I will follow up when I get up off the deck... until then..stay away from these guys

Are you saying they still have not graded you yet back from your 1st post?

They finally graded it. The next day I wanted a bitcoin payout, of only 50 bucks, they said it would be ready that afternoon, ... that night I called and they said it would be the next day, so I decided to take my chances... and I won on my pick again... next day ask for 150... the process continued a few days, and the guy suggest to me take part of a payout and deposit 100 into their casino ... alwayscool casino and he would give me a a special bonus and my chip would be worth 2,750 bucks.... and he stays on the phone with me telling me look (my name) do you see how much money you have in there, and he says now the rules state if you take this bonus you can only have what the chip is worth, meaning 2750... builds it up real good....For the next 6 hours I spend until 5 am in the morning completing the rollover, at the end I had over 30,000 dollars, I knew though while I was playing and keeping up with the roll that I would only get 2750 plus the 100 he transfered over from my dna acct to alwayscool casino, and that way more than fine with me....3 k is alot of money... well....I request a 2k payout the next day.... I call him and he says... your payout will be ready monday, the casino department has to do a review, Im like... ok...make a long story short, I get an email from them saying my money has been forfeited becasue I took 3 free chips instead of 2.without a deposit, ....he had me send him an email request to transfer 50 one time and 100 the next time telling me both would count as a deposit, and he had to show his boss the email if any questions came up. Then they changed their story again and said I had taken 9 free chips counting dna and the casino....I had sent 2 deposits in the past to dna.. and as I was explained to, the two transfers were counted as deposits, on top of that, he is the one in the past that said here Im gonna throw in a couple of chips for you its Christmas time...you deserve it........ bottom line is, I feel like a fool for listening to him and believing him....I sat there all night win after win after win.... watching 3 k go to 30 k only for it to be taken from me ....as gamblers.. all we have is hope and they teased me with the hope and gave it to me.. and then ripped hope away from me...that stung because I know what all happen and what was said to me on the phone etc. ALL of the chips ever given to me (over a period) of time were given to me while I was on the phone with them I never redeemed any chip myself.

Wow $30000 and if i am reading this right they have not given you a cent just excuses. It sounds like the guy is trying to sweet talk you trying to delay . Maybe hoping you will lose all that is in there. There is no reason they should not at least get SOMETHING to you even a couple $1000 make an effort. That really pisses me off hearing stuff like this. Wow then he says he is giving you a free chip you deserve it. Better watch out he does not turn around and say that comes with a rollover too. I hope you get your cash keep us posted everyone should know about scumbags like this as often as possible.

No the thing was, on the free chip he gave me I was at 30 k when I completed the rollover, but the most he told me I could win with the chip was 2750, and I was fine with that.... so I took the 2750 and ask for a 2k payout.... this was on a Friday... he told me I could get it Monday.... over the weekend I played small with it just for fun.. and was still able to take it to 5700 at one point Hitting winner after winner. That Monday, they stepped in and forefeited all my winnings.

He has and it has been addressed.

OP offered to settle the issue if BetDNA agreed to refund all his deposits. (made and lost in Nov and early Dec)

They did that but it appears the OP changed his mind about that offer he reached out to them to make.

Sorry OP but you leave no choice but to tell the truth on your behalf when you try to create panic and damage this way.


The OP had a zero balance so took a No-Deposit bonus offer in their casino site.

He did this three times. And on the third attempt ran it up to a couple of thousand.

Problem is that the book has a rule that says players can't take 3 'bonus chips' in a row without making a deposit. So when he tried to withdraw they cancelled the winnings.


OP appealed to the book that he did not understand the rule and was in urgent need of the funds so he should be paid.

After much back and forward the book agreed to refund all deposits he had previously lost and cut him loose.



The owner of BetDNA returned from a break since this started and advises me that this is actually the second time the OP has pulled this stunt across their group of books/casinos so he definitely knows the rule.


Bottom line this was a NO-DEPOSIT bonus rule that was broken... it is not a rule that in any way can be construed as attempting to steal money off players.


I'm going to close this thread.
