What were the odds you bet at and what were they 'supposed' to be according to MadBookie?
If they were asleep at the wheel and left a major error up long after other books then they should honour the bet.
All that business about calling them and asking for traders etc kind of shows that you knew it was a bad line though. That might be part of your problem with them now really. :\
