Nitrogen withdrawal issues.. IT is working on it FYI

I did a withdrawal for a pretty large amount between 20-50 BTC. It says it was approved, sent, and then completed. When clicking the reference link it says transaction not found. I contacted support and is aware of the issue, and is working on it. I'll keep you posted on what happens. In the meantime don't withdraw from nitrogen.

It's apparently a blockchain.info problem. I use the blockchain app on my phone and they haven't synced updated blocks past 441945 the last 4 hours. Nitrogen said that my transaction went through and that its blockchain.info that is having a problem, not on their end. I'm kinda worried I will be thrown out of the loop by this. Any insight anybody? should it resolve on its own and sync? what if it never does?

I have the same issue with .65 btc withdrawal. Support replied and told me to wait for IT to look into it.

They got back to me and said that since it is a blockchain.info problem that it is not their problem. What app do you use kaliboyz? Do you use blockchain? It hasn't synced with blockchain.info due to their problem.

I feel thrown out of the loop because it hasn't hit my wallet yet and nitrogen is saying it is blockchain's problem and that this confirms the transaction being sent, although my address isnt even in that

They say that this confirms the transaction being sent, although it doesn't even show my wallet address and it hasn't hit my wallet yet in 2 hours.

Did you try to put your address on blockreader ,instead the hash

I did. It shows up with no confirmations. Is there any way that blockchain will never sync/update its blocks from this?

It's impossible to know for sure. But probably hours and possibly days. Doubt it would be longer.

But I expect they will arrive in your wallet without having to be returned to Nitrogen.
