Cant stand these guys....horrible customer service! The worst!

i usually just deposit when they offer 100% sports and 100% casino bonus. So I went in live chat last night, and they said I was eligible for a bonus called turkey200 (100% sports, 100 casino)

Well apparently this promo ended December 1st even though they told me on December 3rd I could have it. Customer service is telling
me there is nothing they can do! If you make a wrong, fix it and make things right!

I find this book does this sort of thing all the time to me....so I just closed my account. Makes you wonder how often they tell people they are eligble to make your deposit, then revoke it. Its dishonest and borderline fradulent!

dude u can't stand them or figure out how to claim a bonus isn't reason for others to avoid. Save your whining when you get ripped off, not when you're are not on top of shit and customer service doesn't offer you a handjob to make up for it. Bonuses are offered in cashier, easy as pie to see what's available at any given time. Used to have to deal with chat, not anymore, but hey since you haven't figured out how to use them then we should all run and hide under our beds and start chanting death to DSI
