I need help in figuring out my best option. I had a great weekend and ran up a good balance at 5Dimes.
On Monday, I withdrew via BTC $25k. 5Dimes to AirBitz and then $10k to Circle and $15k to CoinBase. Cash out to Bank Account with no issues.
On Tuesday, i withdrew via BTC $15k. Same thing, 5Dimes to AirBitz but this time, I sent all $15k to Circle. After trying to cash out $9k to my bank, I got a notice indicating they needed to review my account.
This morning, I got this email.
I regret to inform you that after a careful review of your account, Circle will not be able to offer you service.
As a federally regulated money service business, we are subject to the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act. Gambling on our platform is outlined as prohibited in the ''Restricted Activities" sections of our User Agreement (sections 17 and 18).
Per Section 6 of the Agreement, the funds remaining in your Circle account can spent to a Bitcoin address of your choice. Please spend your funds within two weeks of this notification. In order to do so, sign in to your Circle account and tap on Sell Bitcoin, whichever option is shown on the main account page beneath your account balance.
After two weeks, the funds will be inaccessible without contacting customer support.
What are my best options moving forward?
