Hello i need the help of the community im playing on 1xbet and im very find with it the only problen is that they have the worst customer service ever that just dont read the emails an send robot answer.

Here the thing i made a bet on an african women basketball champions cup game.
I made a bet at half time on the 3rd quarter spread.
My bet was team 1 -9.5.
The official website play by play is false because as you can see the beginning of the 4rth quarter has been input at the end of the 3rd one.

"Our processing center uses official information when settling bets."
They just dont look at my proof.
