I have requested my payout 2 month ago. The standard delaying letters in the first month, then I filled out a complaint here. Nothing since then (btw, is there a way to follow up my complaint here?), today I wrote an e-mail to them again stating that I will turn to the authorities, but I don't expect much... Is there anybody who received a payment from them in the last few weeks?

I was in the same situation just a couple of weeks ago. I also made the requested 20$ deposit in order to withdraw my money via Moneybookers. Then I found out that there's no way to transfer money to the sportsbook section from my poker section. I prefer betting in sports

What they want is for you to bet that 20$ in poker tables. It's not 20$ rake they want, thank god, but just to bet 20$ in poker tables. After thet they allow you to withdraw. But that's just a step one, it seems. My withdraw was made in 6.11.2009 and so far I have received only those emails mentioned above(...please be patient, plaa plaa...).

you should always be very careful when signing up at those small sportsbooks. I should never deposit money to that small books. but it can be problems with big books too, such as Bet Us, Sportsbook.com and WSEX. I saw this article;

I think it wont count if no one calls, just like it goes in rake. I grinded my own by small bets all the time keeping the count in my mind.

Hi i have been waiting for nearly 3 months now and they keep sending emails that say sorry and emails that say they agree they shouldnt act like this and i asked to speak with a manager and they told me that the manager has said sorry. I have same probs like you and I don`t see any way out of this situation of non-payment and payment delay.... I have two withdrawal requests : 99 dollars from 08.12.09 and 50 dollars from 15.12.09 and all i am told in answer of my e-mails from CASINETO is something like"you will get you money ,sorry for the delay; we pay our players continuously ...so wait etc."I hope SBR help us in this case ...and I also think that the first step is to downgrade CASINETO again ..!

A casineto (SBR rating D) player has written to SBR that a $60 withdrawal made from the casineto poker room has yet to be processed. The withdrawal request was initiated in early November. casineto has 16 slow pays that have been reported to SBR, with the oldest payment request made in July. The total amount owed has increased to $5983.
