why do you live in a state that outlaws adws. otherwise don't do it. offshore books have low limits on that type of bet. do not bet horses offshore period. you cannot win, they won't let you.

I use heritage but no pick 4s and they pay track odds on major tracks also looselines but same thing..need a offshore that allows

check out johnflynnbookmakers.eu new racing platform from betballer. perhaps they offer what you are looking for but from what I've gathered so far its for uk and irish racing only.

Bovada accepts bitcoin and their racebook takes pick 4's on every track that offers them and Bovada's payout limits are generous. 5k on garbage tracks, 10-15k on medium tracks and 30k on big tracks. One thing though, their software only allows $1 pick 4's, so you can't bet .50 cent pick 4's, and that can get expensive. I hit a pick 3 at Turf Paradise a few years ago for $7800 and they didn't bat an eye and paid it out in 10 minutes. You get 5% rakeback on all exotic wagers also, paid out every Tuesday.

5dimes offers 10 percent added to winnings or rebates..you pick ahead of race. Bovara horses very good
