    BetOnline Grading Error
Wager was placed on AHL hockey Lehigh Valley Phantoms -116 for game. According to their hockey rules AHL games are graded for wagering purposes at the end of regulation. Overtime and penalty shootouts do not count. Lehigh Valley Phantoms lost the game in overtime. Contacted them by chat and they responded by email stating the wager was a loss. Looks like I'm outta luck.

Sounds like it was a 3 way line with draw as an option?

No. Phantoms were -116, Hartford was -104. No draw line.

Their rules are clear that OT is not included for AHL so if it wasn't a 3 way line then I'd think it should be a push as well.

Shoot in the details on a complaint form and SBR can double check the grading with BOL for you.

If no draw line, then you definitely should be refunded yea. Maybe they confused it with the 3 way line. Should be cut and dry.

It was a simple grading error, BetOnline had already corrected it before we reviewed.
