Betballer.com doesn't have them all up right now but another under the radar one that is worth checking. They probably do usually.

Been using sportsbet last few days, but they freeze many of the games within the last 10 minutes.

anonibet has great in play options for nhl and limits . From what i have been reading the payouts are still slow. You can bet the line multiple times to get on larger amounts. I have never heard they have stiffed anyone , just several days for bitcoin payouts

Over 2.5 -400
Under 2.5 -125

And I created a thread a long time ago about the fact they take 5-6 days for all payouts for over 1 btc. So no.

Not a joke, those are the prices for totals in the third period, see for yourself. Outside of the third, they'd look like -150/+110. Still pretty bad, but not like that.
