Cloudbet regraded wager from week ago

So, i live bet a lot on cloudbet, probably over 100 live wagers, never taking advantage of a faulty line or anything.
Last week i deposit half a coin into cloudbet, placed a bet and won. My balance was 1.2, went to sleep, woke up and had less than .3btc in my account.

After numerous emails back and forth going nowhere, i decided to look at my wager history, and on about the 6th page, i noticed a game that i won be regraded into a push, this game was over 2 weeks ago. It was a legit live bet that got accepted as i placed. I contact cloudbet a week ago and have still heard nothing back. Its not a lot of money but the basically stole .8 btc from me and have ignored my requests since...

Their CS appears to be understaffed and overloaded. Lots of people complain of slow responses from them.


Would you like to post a link to the bet details here and we/posters can take a look and see if we can work out anything obvious?

You can also fill in a sportsbook complaint form and SBR can try reaching out for an explanation.


Cloudbet probably will get around to answering you eventually anyway though.
