Has anyone ever dealt with withdraw issues with cloudbet? I requested a withdraw 2 hours ago and its still pending and submitted a ticket but still havent received a response.

Longest a payout has taken from cb for me was no more than 3 minutes usually around 1min. This includes day/night withdrawals including weekends. Seems strange as I've never had a delay like yours.Comment -

They're located in Europe and the time doesn't seem to make a difference during the week. It looks as though they use a skeleton crew on the weekends that can cause delays in CS, grading and payouts.Originally posted by RonPaul2008
During the week it's erratic. Most of the time they don't have problems. Other times there are delays even during the week. The delay times are all over the place.
Some accounts do get manually reviewed but that isn't often. I would guess that it just has to do with the amount.
All bitcoin books have an amount in which an account will be manually reviewed. It seems as though the amount that triggers a manual review is lower than other books although this is a guess since I don't know the dollar amounts of Cloudbet or other books.Comment -
I have had all kinds of experiences with them. 50% are instant and I have had maybe 20 hours being the longest. They won't answer emails for days.Comment
