I lost $365 in the racebook in the month of September and they won't credit me the 15% rebate of $54.75. They are saying that my account doesn't qualify.

What reason did they give for you being ineligible? If they didn't give a reason, ask what the reason is. If the reason is that they have just decided for whatever reason to exercise the "GTbets.eu reserves the right to terminate this promotion at any time" clause with no other reason given, then GTBets should have e-mailed you already to let you know you don't qualify anymore and any rebates earnt up to the date and time of that e-mail should be credited to your account.Originally posted by Foosball Champ
