Bovada didnt credit winning ticket and deleted the Wager.
I been with Bovada for a long time and this is the 2nd time that it happened...

I made a wager on Clemson +3 wager Vs Louisville and it won but after logging on to my account to place another wager, I notice that they didnt credit the wager winnings to my account. I checked my bet history and saw the wager won but didnt credit my account I thought it was a mistake on their end so I waited for a hour and checked the bet history again and now the ticket is gone like I never made the wager in the first place...

Have this happened to anyone before if so did they credit your account? And how long did it take? I emailed them and no reply yet...

Yet another case where the issue could be very simply sorted out by players taking screenshots of important account transactions. You said this already happened to you before but you still didn't change your ways from before and continued as normal?! Whether this has happened to you or not before, it is no excuse as you should be taking screenshots anyway, but given this has happened to you before, you more than anybody should know to change your ways and take screenshots but you not changing your ways after this happened to you previously is absolutely ludicrous.

I really can't believe anybody would trust a bookmaker to keep accurate records of your accounts. Anything can happen if you don't have a screenshot of bets placed, deposits, withdrawals etc. Either if it's a dodgy sportsbook then the bookmaker might start deleting or amending bets they don't like, or even if it's a reputable sportsbook, a simple IT malfunction could mistakenly change the details of your account history, so you should never make any important action on your bookmaker account without taking screenshots.

It's simply just like going to a shop and not getting a receipt. You wouldn't leave the shop without a receipt so there's no reason why you would do anything on a bookmaker account without taking a screenshot, which acts as your receipt when transacting online. It isn't just for bookmaker accounts, any financial transaction or otherwise important transaction you make online whatever industry the transaction is with, it is simply common sense to take screenshots in case of any disputes further down the line.

A lot of people would wrongly assume that it takes a long time to do a screenshot or it would be that they are so lazy that they can't be bothered etc, but it only takes a few seconds to do a screenshot and save it, and doing that can save you a lot of money in situations like this. Even though you have kept the ticket number, that isn't anywhere near as conclusive proof as a full screenshot of your bet, and given a lot of bookmakers' software works in pretty much number order with their ticket numbers, the truth is that anybody could see where the current ticket numbers are with that sportsbook, pluck a ticket number out fo the air that is close to the current ticket numbers and take a shot at the bookmaker by trying it on saying that they had this ticket number for a winning bet but it's been deleted, so from the bookmaker's point of view, you could very easily be a chancer trying it on, so without a screenshot conclusively proving your case, it really boils down to your word against the bookmaker's, and we know who usually wins in that scenario.

So the message is, take the extremely simple and extremely common sense action that for every important account transaction you with a bookmaker and for any other important online transaction you make with any other industry for that matter, take a few seconds to take and save a screenshot, and you will avoid getting screwed in these types of situations.

If you fill in a sportsbook complaint form with the ticket number SBR can ask for an explanation for you.
