Every bitcoin only book does. The only regular book that I know of that does is Youwager with money transfer option Monday through Saturday same day but not on Sundays.

yeah bitcoin books pay fastest and on weekends. Bovada pays on weekends but they take 48 hours from time you request payment, but if the 48 hours lands on a weekend they pay.
