PLEASE HELP! bet365 limited my acct and i need to find live in play UK horse racing
bet365 limited my account after I've been playing with them for 5 years and lost thousands of dollars. what a bunch of crooks!! I got no respect for these little scared girls!!

I need someone to give me some help and information. I'm a horse player and I have been doing ok on bet365 live in play horse racing where you can bet on the horses while the race is in progress. Does anyone know if another sportsbook have the same feature?? I tried to use betfair but that's an exchange. when i bet the horses when the race is in progress, most of the time, my bet doesn't get matched. but if my horse is not looking too good, the bet gets matched and I lose the bet. On bet365, I place the bet at the current odds, my bet is confirmed right away. someone please help me.....I would appreciate any information on any sportsbooks that provide the same feature as bet365. thank you very much for your time.

I'm with Bet365 too, and have withdrawn thousands for two years straight. Granted, I lost thousands too, but as per my calculations I'm still up. Just out of curiosity, after they limited your account, what is your max bet size now?

Yeah, but none of the books come close to live betting the way bet365 does. I wish there was a decent alternative.

What's so much better about B365 as compared with Betfair?
I'd have thought you'd be getting better odds at Betfair for a start. You're betting against a lot of amateurs in those pools.

Hareeba, I haven't tried Betfair to be honest with you, but I have tried Bookmaker, William Hill, Pinnacle, and none of them offer this many european hockey leagues (what I bet mostly) especially live, as bet365.

Sorry, I thought this was primarily about horse-racing.

But I'd expect Betfair offers most euro ice hockey leagues live though I don't get involved in that so wouldn't know if the liquidity is any good.

Yeah, I agree with smoothieopath. The live bet in horse racing with bet365 can't be found anywhere else and it's totally legit. I've been playing with betfair and every time I make a bet during the race, I have to wait for my bet amount to get matched. Sometimes it doesn't get match and my horse wins, I win nothing even though I submitted my bet early. and sometimes when I submit my bet, and my horse is not doing too good, my bet goes in automatic. So it's like that feeling, you submit your bet early during the race, your horse is looking strong but your bet doesn't get matched. Your horse looks like it's probably gonna lose, your bet gets matched. With bet365, when you submit your bet, your bet is in with the odds at that moment. don't have to worry about anything else except hoping your horse wins.

I played with bet365 from 2010 when I moved to Taiwan. I had no problems with them and I played the same events for 5+ years. live play horse racing, NBA, American football, MLB, american horse racing, and sometimes casino. I bet anywhere from about 200-800 USD on every bet. I play live play UK horse racing almost everyday. One week, I lost 5 days straight and losing about 2500 USD every night during those 5 days. On the 6th day, I remember so clearly that I caught a winning streak and hit 6 straight races. So on my next race, I tried to submit my bet and it said max bet limit reached. My max limit was 20-50 USD depending on the odds of the horse. I contacted customer service and they told me there's nothing they can do and put the blame on the trader's review. I requested to talk to the trader's but was not allowed. They didn't care that I lost the 5 previous days but only cared that I hit them for 6 straight bets. what a bunch of bitches. This is the first time I've witnessed a big sportsbook that's scared to take bets. You lose, you can bet as much as you want, you start winning, they limit you.

Don't get me wrong, I've withdraw a bunch of money too. But, I would say on horse racing, I'm an above average handicapper and seen thousands and thousands of horse races in US and UK. Every movement of the jockey's arms or horse's head bob during the race tells me how much energy the horse has to finish the race. and I proved it during the years I've been playing with bet365. After their review, they probably knew that in the long run, I would make a decent profit off of them and that's why they limited my betting amount to some bullshit.

Now that I think about it, I'm getting more pissed. There has to be something that can be done or someone that can actually make an impact to those crooks. It's basically like a scam site. You got everything to lose, but can't win big consistently. Writing a bad review can't do much because they are a big company. I contacted a SBR rep to contact them but never got a response. I'm still pretty pissed about this situation even though it's been a while.

It's not "basically like a scam site", it is a scam site, and all of the other bookmakers are the same. It's fleece the mug punters for every penny they've got whilst banning any smart long term winners as quickly as possible, that's the rancid culture and mission of these bookmakers, a complete and utter scam, and it has to be stopped.

If you want to contribute to doing something about it, there's a CMA investigation in the UK ongoing which although it isn't specifically looking at account restrictions and closures, a leading campaigner against these awful bookmaker practices thinks that the result of this investigation may force the bookmakers into having to take bets from everybody. So even if you're in Taiwan, there shouldn't be any problem if you want to contribute to the CMA investigation:

The CMA has today announced it is investigating whether online gambling firms are treating their customers fairly.

all bookmakers cant act like scammers, becose they are interested when you lose. thatswhy the only rational choice are betting exchanges.
and no wonder your bet is not matched at betfair if you place them at higher odds then people are willing to accept, on other hand bet365 shows video with delay and are very glad to accept your bet when your horse doesnt go well

Of course all of these bookmakers are acting like scammers, if you think otherwise you are completely and utterly deluded. The bookmakers are on a never-ending mission to create an environment where every loser/mug punter/addicted gambler loses as much as possible whilst every smart long term winner is closed down as quickly as possible.

So they are on a never-ending mission to create an environment where you can lose as much as you like in the long term, but you can't win at all in the long term, and that quite simply is a scam, plain and simple.

UKGC don't police books like Canbet to ensure they are liquid and keep player funds segregated.

UKGC don't help players with disputes and say IBAS should do that.

UKGC don't vet or police book terms and ask CMA to do that.

Anyone know what the UKGC does do?

                                    hello,
well you are not the first one, i made serveral accounts in the past 3 years on bet365 always when i hit them hard they limit me... but i have lets say a strange betting patern... but i have a question i hope its right to ask it her is there any site or a video on youtube which explains little the the age / form / weight or what helps you to progress the betting ? im realy want to make much bigger progress. if someone is willing me give some tips and advice it would be nice here or on pm so i can maybe avoid sometimes some bets, i started with betting when marathonbet had live horse racing duels at that time it was free money but after a while they removed it the only site now which i made money was 1xbet but its so hard to verify the account so i avoid opening accounts on other people
