OK, so I'm pretty upset. I'm not going to say the software I used, but I just experienced what I feel to be a glitch in live betting platform. I played a tennis match, and all of a sudden I got tagged with the exact same match twice.....same odds, same everything, and when I look at the tickets, they were 10 seconds apart, with back to back ticket numbers. Firstly, once live bets are accepted on this software, they are removed from the bet ticket. I don't even think it's possible to then scroll those the matches, find that play again, type in an amount, and accept the bet in 10 seconds.
What really has me upset, is that the risk is about as big as I'll ever play. The second I noticed my account being lower, I contacted customer service and let them know, while the game was still progress. I'm not sure what else I can do.
My site said they'll be reviewing and have answer for me at 5pm EST, but I have a suspicion that nothing will change. Is this worth writing a claim here at sbr?
I hate losing, but I almost feel as though this "2nd" wager was taken right out from under my feet.
