For a new player looking to get into sportsbooks for the first time, I would recommend 5Dimes. They're an A rated shop, and offer quick payouts and reduced juice.

Matchbook and 5Dimes for reduced juice, Greek if you like props and such + they are the safest book out there.
Jamaica is good, Bookmaker also but only if you are a highroller/consider yourself a bit sharp.
Wsex is a good mlb book with opinionated lines, but be aware of the payout delays on checks that may occur.

As far as collecting your winnings, that is a individual question. If you are willing to sacrifice a good chunk of change to have that $$ in your hand quickly, obviously ** or ** would be the way to go. If you do not the wait for a check to clear (in some cases 3 weeks) get a check. If you are a US guy, I believe you cannot use Neteller for withdrawls.

I like bookmaker and greek. Stay away from BetUS they just skrewed me. You should probably ask yourself which books DONT you want to use because opening multiple accounts is not a bad idea if you have the money.
