So this is how their website "perfectly" works ...

Earlier today, the website fell down many times every hour, or been "frozen" (not reacting on anything) for many minutes in a row ... terrible ...

Sure.

I am having opened 10 more websites at the same time every day, for hours.

No one of them falls down (and logs me out) 5 times every hour. No one of them remains frozen for minutes ...

Today, again (as usually), frozen for long minutes. Cannot create a betting slip, Asian style website. Once it is " unfrozen" for few seconds, updating (10seconds period) of odds does not work. And again frozen. I would take a hammer ...Unable to place a bet, not speaking about a LIVE betting ... terrible ...

Normally I use Chrome, but after some time of using (after few minutes), the issues (freezing of the website) become always very often so I switch to Mozilla then. Yes, it works better here, the freezing is a little less appearing.

But if you are betting (for example, as me) LIVE tennis, 30 a more bets in an hour submitted, it is frustrated, if you cannot place 50 % of it (due to the website being not working properly).

for some reason when it freezes on Firefox and chrome, it works OK on internet explorer.

Unfortunately there are other sportsbooks which have taken over as the top sportsbook imo. Pinnacle seems to have become too comfortable on top and website incidents like this is very off putting.

What a load of utter rubbish. What sportsbooks have "taken over" from Pinnacle then? Answer? There aren't any, as they are all way, way behind.

Pinnacle have never been great on technology and consequently their website has never been great, but players don't go there for the bells and whistles and a fantastic website, they go there to get the best odds, the highest limits and they know they won't be limited there.

Nothing has changed, their website still isn't great but they most importantly have the best odds, the highest limits and they don't limit any customer. They have been far and away the number 1 bookmaker for years, they are the best bookmaker that there has ever been and they are still far and away the number 1 bookmaker in the world and their lead in that regard is increasing all the time.

I think they are still the best (non-exchange) place to bet on sports, but they aren't quite as good as they were a year or two ago.
Their lines, odds and limits on Australian footy codes for example are certainly not as good this year as they once were.
