Bitcoin wallets that you can cash out to bank

I've been banned from circle and coinbase, Gildera doesn't allow NY state. Can anyone suggest any wallets that work exactly like these? Not Localbitcoin.com or paxful or anything where you have to trade with other users. Thanks for your help!
