GT BETS: I beat them at Keno and cannot play the game.

I won several thousand dollars playing KENO at GT BETS and now I cannot play that particular game. GT BETS has hundreds of games to play and the one keno game that I won money blocks me out. There are 5 different Keno games of which I can play 4 of them. There are slots,poker,blackjack games I can wager on but only the 1 game is blocked. I emailed tech support and they said they are working on it. That email was sent 6/25. To be fair GT BETS has always payed on time. Their bonuses & rebates are good. When I recently saw SBR upgrade the status I wanted everyone to know this situation. At one point my account was at $21,000 I withdrew maybe $6000 and lost the rest playing horses and wagering on sports.

Wow funny because i never really tried Keno and yesterday for the first time i tried it not at GT though. They actually blocked the casino on my request. Anyway i figure i will try it and just won $25 and figure i will bet max which is $5 there. That $25 lasted a long time . I looked at the odds and figured wow all 10 pay 9000-1 that is a lot of cash even lower numbers pay really well. I knew someone that won a lot on Keno i guess i can see how. I mean if you play the same numbers every time i would think with 20 numbers drawn eventually your numbers would all hit right? That would be $45000 if i am correct. Even 9/10 is 4500 . I hope they let you play again . You should get all your money though they have always paid me i have cashed out $5000 a few times there.

The player filed a complaint previously and we addressed this with him.

GTBets has said they haven't blocked any game access. Some of their casino games, like the one in question, require the latest version of Java. If the game does not detect the requisite version, the game will simply not load. This is why the player can access some of the casino games but not all; it depends on the resources needed to display the game.

All he has to do is update his Java, we let him know this on June 24 but he hasn't responded to us.

Has anyone ever had GTBets lock their account and not let them place any wagers stating "account is under management review"? I chatted and called customer service to speak with someone and they cannot give me any info other than management will be in touch with me but could not provide a timeline. I opened the account at the beginning of June to take advantage of the 100% deposit bonus of $250 to bet on Cavs in NBA finals. I ended up turning my original $250 into $2,200 after betting and playing in casino to get through rollover. I processed a $1,650 withdrawal via wire on June 29th which i received within a couple days. I then hit a streak in baseball and got the remaining $500 balance up to $2,200 on Thursday July 7th before the locked my account up. It is Monday the 11th now and I have not received a phone call or email.

No but they do require info on certain methods when you withdraw the first time. But i have gotten several payments of $5000 each out of here with no problems.
