    BookMaker Racebook question
I placed a $1.00 trifecta box wager last night with BookMaker.
The wager was on race 5 at Charlestown.
The wager won and at the track it paid $3127.40 for a 2 dollar bet, which means it would have $1563.70 on a $1 wager at the track.
I was credited with only $1000.
When I called this morning, a Bookmaker Racebook customer service person told me there is a $1000 limit on winning per race at Charlestown and that if I had any questions, to call back and talk to a supervisor at noon EST.
I can find not mention of this 1K limit in the BookMaker rules and regulations.

Anyone ever heard of this ?

Thanks guys; I see now that CTown is a Level E track with a maximum of $1000.

On an unrelated subject, BookMaker used to have a program where you could use your BetPoints to "purchase" iPads and other electronic stuff.
That option appears to be gone.
Does anyone know if that program will return or are BetPoints only able to be used for cash back into your account balance ?
The customer service people I ask at BM are unclear.

        Thanks in advance

Unfortunately when it comes to the racebook on the offshore sites- most have limits- same thing happened to me last year at skybook on an exacta bet (limited me to 250-1)

Be glad you got $1000...... a lot of smaller books limit it to even less.
