I placed a $1.00 trifecta box wager last night with BookMaker.
The wager was on race 5 at Charlestown.
The wager won and at the track it paid $3127.40 for a 2 dollar bet, which means it would have $1563.70 on a $1 wager at the track.
I was credited with only $1000.
When I called this morning, a Bookmaker Racebook customer service person told me there is a $1000 limit on winning per race at Charlestown and that if I had any questions, to call back and talk to a supervisor at noon EST.
I can find not mention of this 1K limit in the BookMaker rules and regulations.
Anyone ever heard of this ?
