    Bookmaker charging additional fees
I have been a long time bookmaker customer. Recently made my deposit for the baseball season and was charged and additional 5.5%. I called them and they said they would cover 3% international fee, but that's it. Worth fighting over?

Going to take a guess that you paid via bank card, and that they have the 5.5% fee advertised on website. In that case - no, not worth it. But emailing them and asking to give you a full list of all applicable fees for each method available on your account... that might save you some grief.

They really should put the fee in the cashier when you deposit. I didn't know about the 5.5% fee until I got my cc statement. Bovada tells you on the cashier page they are charging a 4.9% or whatever fee and tells you the total amount being charged. I know to add foreign transaction fees, but you gotta be upfront about the amount of the original charge. I actually didn't know the website listed the 5.5% fee until I read your post Grivas_Digeni, guess I should be more diligent when making a deposit. But if the cashier says $500 is being charged I'd expect $500 and then my bank to add the ft fees, they should tell you the full amount they are going to charge when you are depositing.

I don't play at Bovada yet, but this kind of approach is what I think a sportsbook's rating should be based on.
