Hi everyone!

Planet of bets stole winnings over 30k RUB when I made a withdrawal and blocked my account, the answer from customer support was "You break rule 6.1.1 "One client can have one account" and when I ask "that was first registered account, what the login of my second?" they answer "You have only one, but someone from your house have an account too" so what rule did I break if i have one account? Did anyone had problems with them? Where can I fill a complaint?

But if two people have registered from your address then there is nothing we can do for you. That is a very standard rule at almost all bookmakers.

I know about that rule, so thats why i read the rules first, when I sign up and there wasn't "One account per householder" in rules, only "One client can have one account". I don't want to play there anymore, just want them to pay my money back. Thanks a lot for a complaint link.
