Good question! I successfully used my prepaid debit card to add instant funds to my Circle account, no problems on my end!

To withdrawal Money NOW from 5Dimes via BITCOIN or to wait till the "BITCOIN HALVING"?

Do i understand it correctly, that i get more Bitcoins for Dollars after Halving (in 54 days) ?

(( currently 1BTC = $ 450.....after halving 1BTC = $225 ))

It makes zero difference if you are changing your bitcoin to fiat currency. It will be worth the same number of dollars no matter what the bitcoin rate is or when you withdraw.
