    BETDSI Delay on Check Payout
The website states you should receive on 7th business day so I emailed them and they advised no issues at all and I should receive today if not to contact them. I then received an email only stating payout requested with no explanation at all. The payout is now in pending request not even approved. I was told via live chat that they had a problem with their processor but my payment would be expedited. They of course couldn't provide date and put it in pending which makes no sense. I would've thought a grade A+ book would've at least emailed an explanation or ask me how I wanted my money back. They never have any problems with deposits. I'll provide update tomorrow as I expect I should have an answer or explanation.

From what I recall also, these guys charged something in the neighbourhood of $70 for a cheque withdrawl which is sick. I had to use a boatload of betpoints to get that covered. You'd think for that kind of fee, you'd get it next day!!

Fee was 50 and they can't even provide explanation and won't respond to emails with an answer. The people that respond to emails don't even review the account they just wee pending payment and state it takes 2 days to approve 7 to receive. They don't realize it's the payment that their company approved on 4/26 and now is pending 11 days later, absolutely clueless.

I didn't have energy to argue with them anymore as customer service rep kept no understanding that 1st payout was reversed. I did speak with supervisor who was helpful and decided to cancel payout request request max via ** and keep rest in until I can request again via **. They gave me freeplay for cost of payout. I guess the only way to get paid timely from sportsbooks is via bitcoin so I either figure that out or use bookie.

Right now bitcoin is by far the smoothest way to transfer money with the offshores. Worth the effort to get setup and work it out for sure.

And good to hear they helped you out

I think I'll take time to figure out bitcoin because not worth the stress wondering about where check is etc. The times change so I guess I must change!! I will give BETDSI credit for at least dealing with situation and now I can move on.
