Still waiting for my vff from March 20. If I don't get it this week I'll have to file a complaint. Sick of there excuses. If the vff isn't going to go through then put my money back in my account and let me do another method already.

I'm surprised no one has warned them because this is becoming ridiculous now. They have never paid fast. Not even once!

I had an issue with wagerweb a few months back where I requested $4800 via the "pay2card" option. It was only supposed to take 5 working days to hit my card but they had an issue and it took 8-9 working days. The manager "Matt" gave me $200 in my account and also paid me the $4800 that day. Now that is what you call Customerservice. Wagerweb takes not even 24 hours to pay you via cash but will take a maximum of 5-10 working days for a cashiers check. And if not some reason is doesn't come through, they truly take care of you.

Bovada has been a joke ever since they first came out. I'm extremely surprised how people still play with their pathetic book
I agree 100% last time I made a deposit and cashed out with them was the year 2000. It took them a week to pay me. Ever since then I will never play with them after reading for years that they still take forever to pay. Most overrated book ever. But like you said they have a nice website. Fuk them wagerweb 10 times better. I've been with them since day one and have always been paid fast.

Yeah man, wagerweb are really great. No excuses for payouts and never lower your limits. I've taken over $20k from them in 4 months and they never gave me excuses. Really great people and amazing management and customer service.

This has been done in a few of the cases - in others the funds eventually went through. Please submit a complaint if you'd like us to ask a manager to review your status.

Moving forward, bitcoin is likely your best route to avoiding the hassle.

Wagerweb is what a book should be. I hate it when these books can take a deposit in a matter of minutes but when it comes to time to payout they want to take a week. Really no excuse. And to top it off a lot of them have horrible customer service and want to make excuses about processors and other b.s. Wagerweb and Youwager are my go to books. Nitrogen not bad either but they only offer bitcoin.

I'm still waiting for three payouts via **** fast funds from bovada.

                  Withdrawals were on

                  April 20- $1283
                  May 2- $2400
                  May 10-$2350

Glad to hear you guys are getting paid. I still feel like Bovada will pay me, I'm just not accustomed to having to wait this long. At least I got my withdrawal from April 2nd.

If this becomes the norm with Bovada, I may consider checking out some of the other books mentioned in this thread.

I've requested my funds via **** fast funds. one for 200 another for 1268, on May 8th and May 14th. Still nothing. Thinking about requesting bitcoin next time, it says it takes 1-15 minutes to transfer and transfering bitcoin to my bank takes 2-5 days max. Anyone had any success withdrawing from bovada via bitcoin? They can pull your money out within seconds, but take days to pay you. SMH

VFF approved on April 25 and May 1 (two separate withdrawals)

just did a Bitcoin withdrawal from Heritage and was told it would take about four hours to go to wallet

                            will update

I received an email today that I could cancel my request or wait another 20 days from May 27th. They're waiving fees on any other form of payout (which means check because nothing else is available)

my bitcoin payout from Heritage thru airbitz to circle went thru within 24 hours

Trinity: you have to go ahead and cancel the request. They sent me an email the other day telling me to do that and they'll waive the fee on any other form of payout. There is something screwed up on their VFF processor. would've been nice if they could've said something two weeks ago. Instead they'll jerk you around for a penetrating month.

So I claimed the $10 COPA bonus when I had just a few cents left in my bovada acct as I have not deposited there since my last payout in April. Anyways I cleared the 10x rollover and got it up to a little over 200. Now I'm not sure of the best way to get it out. I have Btc, but I have never deposited via Btc so I believe that is why I cannot withdraw with that method. Should I make a Btc deposit just so I can withdraw it quicker, or is that a process that will also take 10-15 business days just like their other methods?

Doing a btc deposit will unlock it as a withdraw option but I'm unsure if you will be able to just make a small deposit after winning to make the withdrawal.

It's much quicker than other methods at the moment.

Good news, looks like this has been resolved.

They actually they sent the funds in early April (about 2 weeks after withdrawal)

Thanks to SBR for the help, really could have been taken care of much sooner if Bovada would have just communicated with me.
