However, Have anyone had payout issues with them?

ALso how is their bonus? LIke I read on it, but I think its a release bonus? Do they have the option that you can see the $ amount in the bet instead of bitcoin

I have withdraw from cloudbet 3 times, all 3 was done in a minute

You get your bonus after earning points, its written how it works on their webiste, if you bet underdogs you earn points much faster.
you dont get all your bonus at once, but you can also withdraw when you want, you dont need to fulfill your bonus before you withdraw.

And nope , you cant see what you bet in dollar yet.
