Need help with betway

Betway won't honor or give an explanation on why they strong arm robbed me. My account just recently got closed by betway because betway withdrew from offering players from my country accounts. I had the account for approximately 3 years. Now it's closed and to be honest I don't miss it, there odds were weak I never the whole time playing there recived any kind of bonus, And the site takes longer then others to load as we all know. I need help because betway has decided not to honor the funds in my account. I have been patiently waiting and contacting them on the chat and all they did was lie to me the whole time and wasted my time. I filed a complaint with sbr today if anyone knows some other vessels to go through or any other information would help. This is the first time this has happened to me and I've been gambling a very long time. I would also like to write the Malta gaming commission if anyone knows how to go about that please don't hesitate to post.

What did they lie about when you asked for yore money , must of gave you a reason

I wish I could post the transcripts of our chats you wouldn't believe how stupid they think I am but basically I spent a week trying to explain to them that they made a mistake. The first day they told me that I spent the money on casino games haha. Then the next day I was told that I lost it all on a nba game haha and now it's because I took a bonus and they feel like I didn't deserve it or something so they refuse to pay out. Mind you that I already told them that I never took a bonus because all of the bonuses that they offer aren't available for players from my country. And I was urging them to look at the transactions and please show me 1 bonus that I took while I had an account but they've been giving me the run around. at first I thought this was going to be settled easily because I know I am in the right 100% but they are determined to run of with the money. Is there anything I could do? I know there has to be somebody look after crooked books like this
