Then ,i wrote aganin a email to docs@bet-52.com , but right now, the email : docs@bet-52.com does not work :

If you are having trouble with the docs@bet-52.com email address you can try docsdepartment@gmail.com
I think they both go to the same place so no need to use both if you are in contact through one.
I'd suggest trying to stay calm with them. It appears they are processing outstanding withdrawal requests only right now.
As I said on the previous page Betconstruct say you will be looked after so try not to attack them when speaking to them.
I don't know if Bet-52 will be back or not, Betconstruct did not give me any information about the problem or the expected future. Just that everyone will be looked after properly..Comment -

i had the same problem with bet-52, i requested a 600 euros payout and then the site went offline. i contacted https://www.betconstruct.com/ (there is a chat to talk with an operator) and also docs@bet-52.com and they payed me pretty quickly.Comment -

I'm pretty sure they are really being paid. A Betconstruct manager said they would be and it would not look great for them or all their other books if they were just lying. It's in their interests to make sure one book does not drag down their reputation so I think they will get everyone paid eventually.

It remains to wait and pray to God, I seriously doubt that I will ever see their money.
I sent an email to docsdepartment@gmail.com twice. I contacted betconstruct chat three times, it's been five or six days, every time they look for my account information, mail, and every time they write that will soon be a contact. I got a promise that will surely today some contact, but I doubt anything like that.

I've tried all the email address, and none is working or provided an update of my situation...Betconstruct agents gave me always the same answer in the live chat: ''Then please wait until the site will be available. Don't worry about the financial side , Betconstruct is fully responsible for it!''
I don't think the bet-52 website will be online...So they just buying time, why? We don't know, but it smells bad.
