You can also get it anytime your cash back balance goes over $50, you just have to request it.

No rollover at all for the four normal dates they distribute, the money is yours and you can do as you please with it. I don't know if the rules are different for early withdrawals, I did not even know they did that until I read this thread. I personally am not on the cash-back program, I think the -105 across the board is better in the long run for those that bet every day like me.

There is never a rollover on the cashback. For the casino cashback they pay that monthly and there is a roll, I believe 4x on that.

Best book for payouts I think. In the US options are so limited. They offer some nice perks
