hey guys, is there anywhere on the net where I can make a bet on an NBA game on the upcoming quarter? for example, its the intermission at the end of the 1st quarter and I want to play the spread for THE QUARTER ONLY THATS COMING UP. is there a place that allows those sort of bets? also, im in the USA so im kinda screwed on my options. thanks for any input.
