Betonline grading issue (resolved)

As you can see from the screenshot (sorry the quality is bad - had to resize it) there is no DRAW option to bet on. These are standard two-way moneylines.

So how does betting on the two-way moneyline include a DRAW?

Industry standard Rules:

1. Matchbook

"NRL games: Golden Point Overtime is included in the result. If there are no points scored during Overtime then all bets will be refunded on the Money line." and:

"Bets on three-way markets, where the Draw option is offered, will be settled with Draw as the winner."

I really tried to sort this out directly with BetOnline, but the customer support was the most unhelpful.

Here is the problem:

I bet on NRL (Rugby League) a two-way Moneyline Newcastle +155 for Game. The game finished in a draw/tie after the Golden Point Overtime. So all books refunded the bet as a push, BUT Betonline misgraded the bet as a LOSS !!!
When I pointed this out to them, they claimed it was a three-way line, which is a complete lie !!!! and I have screenshots to prove that their Rugby League Moneylines are two-way. They do have three-way moneylines for Rugby UNION only. Anyone can just check this out.

They refuse to refund my bet.

Don't worry. You've just got a CS agent that didn't know how it works and assumed the grading was correct by the sounds.

I'd try an email and not live chat and hopefully someone with enough time to look at it and think about it will fix it for you.

I dont know much about rugby, but when i see the lines on betonline.ag on rugby i only have 3 way showing up
and if u read their rules:

It dosent matter at all,what other bookmakers rules are , every bookmaker has their own rules, u dont get far, with "industry standard rules" just a advice to next time u bet, so u dont get surpriced or loose money on it.

i hope u get your money back, u should if u only have 2 ways, if not im sorry if u had to learn the rules the "hard way...."

Thanks for checking in, Viking. You are right, they added a draw option to make it a three-way line shortly after I posted my complaint here. They were in a such a hurry they forgot to adjust the juice lol

This thread got their attention and they rectified it. And for the record, it was not one agent, but multiple 'supervisors' claiming I was in the wrong and trying to fob me off.

Good news.

They do seem to assume the grader is right and the player is wrong as default. Needed someone who understood Rugby League to look at it properly no doubt.

betonline is a great book, fast payouts,high mlb odds, i almost never use customer service anymore, never need too, but they have improved the last years And have a look at the 25 % relaod bonus,i like it
