Bet365 hard verifications

Hello everyone.
start with begining from the register to Bet365 i ask to full verify my account i provide documents of id passport that i,m holding and verified my account. i start to bet and rize money till 1500$, once i want to enter to my account wont me let in. so i start chat with help service. my account blocked doue to procees verification so they need that i verify my id with nottery and send to them by post. so i spend 50$ to all procedure and send them after when they recived it they told me to wait for the (PVC) code for unlock my account but pvc code does,not recive and when i ask them to unlock my account they told me that i must send the second copy of id verified by notter AGAIN. so i,m wait the pvc and i must send again what can i do?

as i understand they don,t want return my money. maybe they also need blood dna for verifications?

Seen more than a few of these requests for notorized documents lately being made of people in Russia, Ukraine and some East Euro countries.

You are welcome to fill in a complaint form and have an SBR analyst have a look at it for you but I doubt there is a lot we can do to force them to accept you without the documents unfortunately. http://www.sportsbookreview.com/sportsbook-complaint/

It's interesting that so many of these threads keep popping up. And SBR has been deleting some of them.

It is starting to look like bet365 is a scam or perhaps bet365 don't pay. Bet365 verification is maybe just a way to not pay the player and steal the money.

I think that bet365 does not send those letters on purpose sometimes. There was a guy who asked them to take am many Euros as needed from his account to send that letter with tracking but they refused for reason only bet365 knows

till waiting pvc code. as they said they send it. i,ve passed every steps beside to recive this pvc code.
