    Heritage rollover calculations
So guys fyi when taking the 8x rollover on bonuses, etc. Make sure that they only count the smaller amount of each number in the wager ( ie risk vs payout, whether -110 or +120) in the 8x requirement. Actually, they use a computer system and neither I nor the customer service representative could see how they came up with the rollover number with my graded wagers. Just heads up guys

      Im pretty sure that's normal.

If you risk 100 to win 90, 90$ comes off the rollover.

If you risk 100 to win 150, $100 comes off the rollover.

Every book uses the lower of risk/win for the rollover calculation and it is in the site terms quite clearly.

Sounds like you must have got a first day CS rep if they didn't know this.
