Beofore beginning, forgive me for my poor english.I am from Turkey and I was playing at 1xbet333 for 7-8 months. I didn't take any bonus,i just deposit-lost,deposit-lost then i start to win and my bankroll became nearly 6000$.
Then i try to cashout,they cancelled 3-4 times and they want my ID photo,ecocrd photo, my selfie photo with ID !! I did not complain, i send them all. Today they sent me a mail;
I cant believe that. I have only one account at 1xbet and i am the only one who has an account in my house. I never take 1$ bonus. This is not right, this is unacceptable. They canceled my last 20 or more bets (winning-losing either)
and they delete my near 3000$ bankroll. They left 2400$ in my account after this operation.
In all honesty, i can say that i never do anything wrong.I never make late bets or played any incorrect odds. I didnt cashout this 2400$ because i didnt do anything wrong, i earned that 6000$ nothing less. If thay show me any unfair bets like late bet, incorrect odds, they can take rest of the money.
I dont know what to do, where to write.I believe 1xbet isn't a cheater bookamker and there must be a mistake. I hope you can help me, thank you already.
