I decided to register here and wanted to verify myself before the deposit. Went to their chat, I uploaded my ID there.. but it was not accepted, however the the picture is clear and legible, but : but they wanted the back side with a different background.. ok, re-took the picture with different background.... still not accepted "I am sorry to say this sir, but I still cannot verify the authencity".. requested me to take a picture of me while i hold my ID... what?? ok, whatever, I made the picture.... he could not read the details (then read the details on the earlier picture you idiot)... but no problem, I have driver license... i uploaded, and........ "I am sorry to say this sir, but I still cannot verify the authencity"... he wanted to take a picture when i hold my driver license, but here i quit, was already tired of this sh*t.... at Bet365 i just uploaded the normal picture and was accepted without any problem, but i don't know what is their problems these idiots...anybody else experienced the same problem at willhill?

The first agents that vet your KYC docs have a basic set of rules the images have to meet.
All 4 edges must be visible and not obscured in any way. It sounds like the background of the initial image might have interfered with the edge line maybe? (sometimes people hold a card in their hand and their finger blocks part of an edge is a common one)
They need to be of high enough resolution that they can be zoomed in far enough to see if individual pixels have been altered.
The ones next to your face need to be close enough so they can fully verify that the document you are holding is the same as the one you have provided a big image of. And sometimes they will reject if taken in a mirror.
It's probably just one of those things that is at issue at a guess..Comment -
