I got this account verification code within 2 weeks of opening the account. Though I live in Australia. Check the address what you gave to Bet365 and ask them to resend you the code.

Have you changed address since joining? This is the most common problem I see with PVC codes not arriving for genuine players.

A while back one Ukranian player obtained a letter from his local police station that certified he was known to live at the stated address and they accepted that instead of the PVC code for him. He was in an area of heavy fighting at the time though, so I think they may have accepted that the mail delivery system could have been at fault that time. But worth a try if you can obtain this easily.

Another option is to ask their Gibraltar regulator to order them to find an alternative way to confirm your address: https://www.gibraltar.gov.gi/new/remote-gambling You will need to have exhausted all efforts to comply before they will even look at it though.

No, I did not change the address, and it is listed on the website is true !! Only I still have 5 friends with the same problem. And no letter came after blocking. But those who ordered the letter to the lock, came in the last 7 days. Again you say coincidence ??? I do not believe in that!!

Agree. Does not sound like a co-incidence you have 5 friends blocked too. I'd guess that they suspect you and your friends are all one person using other IDs, or they think you are working as a group to circumvent limits or exploit a bonus offer.

Do these friends live close to you? Do you meet in real life? It may help your cause if you are able to gather some or all of them together and send Bet365 a photo of you all together with your IDs. If you guys are genuinely not up to anything tricky it will be the one person with multi IDs issue probably.
