yes you have to call them and ask them to take you off the call list, or call them and give them someone elses number u dont like, i like option 2

I already told them on live chat to take me off and 5 minutes later I get a call from them. Amazing.

The rep was in mid conversation with someone else and he was laughing about something.

I just got another call ever after the agent telling me I'm on the no-call list.

They've called me 6 times today all different fake numbers. Incredible.

i dont know i hit them up for $250 few years back and they paid it but then i got calls and texts every day

I have been with them for over 10 years and they have called me maybe twice. I don't understand why people get this problem. Why don't you just tell them not to call you? Is it that difficult? If they continue to call you speak with a manager there and tell them to please stop calling. How difficult can that be?

That isn't difficult at all, done it many times but they won't stop. I've responded to emails, told the callers, threatened to close my account if it didn't stop through chat, I've talked to managers and account reps, never changes.

That is strange. Like I said they never call me. Maybe 2 times in the last 5 years. I guess they randomly pick who they are going to call all the time.
