    Youwager Being 100% Jerks and A-Holes
    Youwager has sent me a couple e-mails trying to get me to deposit something with an "Amazing" bonus. They also all of a sudden after years of playing there decided they want all my info on my CC even though i have not cashed out. They also want info on cards i do not even have anymore.

    I do not mind sending that in if i win, but why all of a sudden should i have to do that when most other books do not have you do that until you go to cash out.

    So here is why i am pissed . They sent these couple of e-mails bugging me to deposit . I tell them i am not because i do not feel like sending in all that info when other books do not ask that. They NEVER replied to me and basically blew me off. Until the NEXT time they have an amazing deal then i am worth talking to again. Each couple times i replied and they never bothered to answer me.

    So i get ANOTHER one from them AGAIN today. So i have had enough basically and told them in these exact words...

    "I am not interested after how i was treated here and i have deposited elsewhere."

    So then i get bombarded not with someone trying to talk to a customer they have had for YEARS and try to save a long time customer, but what i can only describe as them thinking it is funny ,E-mail and E-mail of nothing but them telling me they have a great deal and to call them . I got like 6 e-mails in 10 minutes .

    I am shocked at how they have responded and acted towards me. Totally disgusted with them right now.

    Never ever had an issue. They always and I mean always payout. I don't understand why these stories pop up.

    I deal with 1 rep and 1 rep only, for promos and payouts

      I really was blindsided by all this. All this time no problems then they do this . I know they pay i understand that. But this is a deliberate thing they are doing just t harass me sending all this crap at once. I cannot believe they would treat someone like this. I had ZERO issues with them until this .

            It's the one thing I hate about them, they will call and send emails but won't actually address a problem, it's always the other guys fault that I was dealing with before.

              No and them mailing me before never really bothered me. It was when they blew off my problem and ignore me. But when they barraged me with a crapload of them at once i feel it was on purpose being a bunch of wise asses. Because in an earlier reply i sent i told them how they have no problem with sending me e-mails to get me to deposit but continue to ignore my problem and how they treated me. So they sent all that thinking it was funny i am pretty sure of it.

                I would have deposited there if they would have not pushed for my CC info. All the previous times i lost they got the cash and spent it already. Why all of a sudden after all this time do they have to have it. Most other books do not need it until after you win and go to cash out.

                        Youwagers marketing department is the worst. I got emails from them long after I closed my account but worse than that was the phone calls. Some broad name christy would call up and leave a message asking me (by name) - haven't heard from you in a while call Christy at x number (with no mention of where she was calling from). That was fun trying to explain that to the wife!!! Also if get you on the phone they have this bs company name that I guess they use to try and sound like a legit financial services company (ff are the initials) and it takes you a minute to clue in to who the hell your are talking to - a tactic to avoid quick hang ups maybe.

                        Beyond annoying!!
